You can see which NFTs are staked, if you go to the menu 'NFT' and click 'Show details' below the active season you can see which ID has been staked already.

What happens if I sell or buy an NFT that is staked, what do I have to do as the previous or new owner?

How does the combined staking work? currently, i can only find option to stake nft and token separately

If you stake both $PUNK tokens and SPC NFTs you can go to the 'Dashboard' section, add your $SOL wallet address and see the accumulated and combined interest you gained.

Can I unstake earlier than season end and if so, what's the cost?

You will lose all interest.

What happens - to my nfts and tokens - if i don't manually unstake when the season ends?

They will remain in the pool and available for withdrawal at any time.
